Supervision of the engineering and production of the template is divided into several sub-topics:
Accompanying each process - from the moment of closing the transaction, planning a production in China until the mold arrives in Israel, as the sections:

A) Engineering supervision at the design stage of the mold
Accompaniment for the success of the design of the mold and quality production of both the mold and the plastic parts injected into it.

B) Engineering supervision of the injected products / plastic parts
Inspection of the parts visually, technically, functionally, material flow directions, hot spots or intrusions, until parts are obtained in the quality required for full serial work.

C) Weekly reports and ongoing monitoring
Submission of weekly "Gantt" reports, to present the state of activity in the fortification versus initial planning, along with attachment of images from the fortification to present the actual progress.

D) Injection experience and supervision in China
If necessary, travel to China to monitor and supervise injections and perform mold testing according to characterization and customer requirement.

E) Preparations for sending the molds to Israel and the accompanying technical documentation
3D drawings, inserts and accompanying erosion bodies.
The preparation takes care of all the preparations of organizing the molds for sea shipping, greasing and protection against corrosion, wrapping the mold, preparing wooden crates for sea shipping to Israel, combining the parts that accompany the mold and preparing the accompanying technical material (drawings / instructions).
Only then can the templates be shipped to the port of departure before the templates are loaded onto the ship.

F) Shipments / BL
Accompanying the sending of samples by express airmail, accompanying the preparation of the shipment of the template, updates on the shipment of the template to a port in China, monitoring the loading schedule for the ship and tracking the arrival in Israel.
